Who Has the Fastest 4G Network

PC World has done some extensive nationwide tests to see, just how fast are the 4G networks of each of the four major wireless carriers .

By now you’ve seen all the ads pitching wireless companies’ new 4G mobile broadband services and devices. But beyond all the buzzwords and hype, which companies can reliably provide next-generation speed?

Here’s a summary of the results:

4G Smartphone Tests

T-Mobile 2.28mbps 0.95mbps
Sprint 1.50mbps 0.56mbps
AT&T 1.45mbps 0.97mbps
Verizon 1.01mbps 0.67mbps

The smallest  carrier (T-Mobile)  seem like the big surprise. Coming in second in the laptop test and first in the Smartphone tests.
